Our customer also considered the "scope" conference to be a great success. Our main responsibilities included the organisation of a conference which focused on Vienna as a high-quality technology location, together with the elaboration of a "Forward Thinking" program which anticipated future changes within the information technology branch, ensuring Vienna an ideal position in the international discourse. In addition, we were responsible for sponsoring, marketing and sales, advertising and public relations, organisation and project management, art direction and graphics, as well as for the website.

During the conference, we acted in a flexible, quick, and professional manner, providing on-the-spot support, coordinating the participants and ensuring good communication throughout all aforementioned responsibilities. Moreover, it was important to fulfill the guidelines agreed upon with the client, which promised a perfect image and impressive atmosphere.
