eduard - EDUcation Austria Resource Directory
Vertical semantic search over the whole range of Austrian educational assets for adults using facets*
eduard helps the user search for courses thanks to a pre-defined, 2-level classification and several advanced search parameters. The semantic search covers regional and national data sources.
Hence, eduard is not only a centralised search platform but also a useful display channel for (non-)commercial educational institutions and databases whose goal is to find new possibilities to present their assets.
In addition, eduard offers the possibility to federate, thanks to the Melvil® service platform. This enables the operator BM:UKK, the Austrian Ministry of Education, Culture and Art, to adjust the search service with minimal effort so as to make it available to other institutions.
